Henderson Counseling Services operates a DUI Education School licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS). Our program completions are recognized by Tennessee courts and the Department of Safety.

What to Expect
Our DUI Education School is a two-day program held monthly at our Franklin, TN location. The curriculum is approved by TDMHSAS and covers the legal, medical, and personal consequences of impaired driving, as well as information about substance use and available resources.
Upon successful completion, you will receive documentation recognized by Tennessee courts and the Department of Safety. Classes are held in a straightforward, respectful environment — we understand that most people attending are simply working to fulfill a legal requirement and get back to their lives.
