Kirk Henderson, MSCE, LPC-MHSP

Owner & Clinical Director, Licensed Professional Counselor — Mental Health Service Provider

Kirk Henderson is a licensed counselor holding credentials in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Washington, and the founder and clinical director of Henderson Counseling Services in Franklin, Tennessee. A Spring Hill resident, Kirk earned his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Rockies, and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of West Alabama.

His clinical approach integrates CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR (Levels 1 and 2) across a broad range of presenting concerns — including depression, anxiety, grief, addiction and recovery, couples and family counseling, parenting support, conflict resolution, work and career issues, and stress management. He is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and a Certified Prime For Life instructor. As both a licensed clinician and a pastor, Kirk also offers faith-based and Biblical counseling for clients who desire it, honoring the whole person in the therapeutic process.

Henderson Counseling Services is also licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS), allowing the practice to offer court-recognized DUI education and state-approved substance use assessments alongside its clinical counseling work.

Fancy Kilgore, LADAC II

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II, Substance Use Specialist

Fancy Kilgore is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC II) whose career reflects a rare combination of clinical depth and executive leadership in behavioral health. She has built and directed multi-site Medication-Assisted Treatment programs, leading multidisciplinary teams of clinicians, nurses, and counselors while maintaining rigorous compliance with DEA, SAMHSA, and CARF standards.

Alongside her leadership work, Fancy co-owns a family-focused behavioral health practice where she provides alcohol and drug assessments, counseling, and court-approved programming. Whether she is guiding organizational strategy or sitting across from a client in session, Fancy brings the same commitment — expanding access to evidence-based, recovery-centered care for the people who need it most.

Jessi Linville

Graduate Counseling Intern

Jessi Linville is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at the University of the Cumberlands. She earned her bachelor's degree in Spanish with a minor in Religious Studies, and is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

Her integrative approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, working collaboratively to help clients facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief find resilience and growth.

Courtney Bradley

Graduate Counseling Intern

Courtney Bradley is a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is currently completing her supervised practicum while continuing to develop her counseling skills.

She takes a warm, person-centered approach, creating a calm, judgment-free space where clients can be honest about what they are experiencing. Her style is steady, respectful, and collaborative, helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, and life transitions in ways that feel manageable and grounded.
